Travel insurance: Brazil opening up

Thursday, 27 September 2007

Holidaymakers with a penchant for the exotic and the sultry samba rhythm in their blood will be doubtless thrilled to hear that Brazil is becoming more accessible than ever.

A number of new routes and airports are making journeys to this dark and exotic locale easier all the time, claimed a spokesperson for Property Frontiers.

This trend - which may have some readers packing their suitcases and calling travel insurance companies as we speak - is part of a tourism boom precipitated by a £330 million investment from the government.

According to the expert: "Daily flights are available from a large number of European cities and to compliment the construction of the world"s fourth largest airport in the north, more and more flights are being scheduled to the country."

Those looking for a holiday home in the country may also be intrigued to note that Brazil is one of the four fastest-growing economies in the world.
