Car insurance: Vehicle 'ploughs into house'

Tuesday, 23 October 2007

A car crashed into a house in the town of South Littleton on October 20th, it has been revealed.

Eyewitnesses said that a Honda Civic mounted the kerb near one property before continuing to move and then hitting another car parked outside a house further down the street, reports the Evesham Journal.

Locals have stated that they are angry with the series of events and have complained at the number of car users that mistreat the roads.

One resident, Liz Moreton-Taylor, told the publication that there was the definite sound of an incident.

"I heard this almighty screech of the brakes and then there was silence. I did not know what I was going to find," she commented.

Recently, people in the Hemel Hempstead and Dacorum areas said that they see the importance of speed cameras in attempting to cut down on accidents.

Motorists who do drive above the speed limit may find that their car insurance premiums are affected if they are involved in a crash.
