Car insurance: Daihatsu launches cheaper driving scheme

Friday, 08 August 2008

Drivers looking to save money on motoring and car insurance could find that a new scheme set up by Daihatsu helps them cut costs.

The National Cheaper Motoring Campaign from the automobile manufacturer outlines that people driving Daihatsu models can make savings due to fuel efficiency and reliability.

It added that it finished in the top three at the 2008 Which? magazine car awards for being a reliable manufacturer - an attribute which could see drivers save money on their car insurance policies if they are involved in fewer accidents.

"This latest campaign should help continue our growth where we expect to enjoy both repeat business from satisfied customers and new sales to those seeking excellent value for money," commented Daihatsu Vehicle Distributors managing director Paul Tunnicliffe.

Automobile manufacturer Daihatsu was initially set up in 1907, with production focused primarily on the development of small vehicles.
