Friday, 04 September 2009

Drivers looking for a motor that could help them protect their cheap car insurance premiums may want to pay a visit to their local Mazda dealership next month.

The new Mazda3 MPS is due to arrive in showrooms on October 1st and the manufacturer has claimed it comes with a range of safety features to help the person behind the wheel avoid accidents.

Buyers will find the auto is fitted with an emergency stop signalling system that detects sharp braking at cruising speeds and automatically activates the hazard lights.

The vehicle also boasts adaptive bi-xenon front headlights, which are able to move to illuminate upcoming bends in the road.

Meanwhile, sales and marketing director Mark Cameron said the car has plenty of other great qualities.

He stated: "Delivering sensationally spirited performance, the new Mazda3 MPS puts the heat back into the hot-hatch sector with stand-out looks that put rivals in the shade."

Prices for the model start at £21,500.

In other news, Mazda is due to display its new CX-7 at the Frankfurt International Motor Show later this month.
