Car insurance: Price tags revealed for the Volvo Drive range

A new range of vehicles from Volvo are to be priced from £15,410, car insurance customers may like to know.

The DRIVe sub-120g/km diesel option of the S40 Saloon, V50 Sportswagon and C30 SportsCoupe are set to be unveiled this month at the Paris Motor Show.

According to the manufacturer, the C30 will start at £15,410, while the S40 and V50 will be priced from £17,260 and £18,660 respectively.

One feature in particular that Volvo is highlighting in the new range is its fuel economy, described as "outstanding".

The C30 is said to achieve 64.2 mpg, the S40 and V50 get 62.8 mpg and all have carbon emission levels of 118g/km or lower.

Other features that could tempt motor insurance customers include Diamond Cut Libra alloy wheels and a partly-covered grille in addition to a tailgate spoiler and lower rear bumper diffuser.

The Paris Motor Show is scheduled to start on October 4th and last until the 19th of the month.
