Car insurance: New Kangoo be bop

A new Renault Kangoo could be ideal for car insurance customers in cities, the manufacturer has suggested.

With five doors and four seats, the Kangoo be bop is described as a "compact yet spacious" city car which is comfortable and modern.

It features gadgets such as a sliding rear tailgate window and a glazed roof - and performance-wise three engine sizes including a diesel option give would-be buyers lots of choice.

Engine size is one of the many issues a car insurance provider will take into account when calculating premiums.

The black and white models come furnished with a red, black and charcoal interior, while the bright orange model has upholstery coloured in blue, orange and silver.

It is set to be unveiled in UK showrooms next spring and follows the five-door van and car versions already part of the New Kangoo range.

Renault also says the be bop is suitable for both "leisure and pleasure" so it could be an ideal purchase for new and existing car insurance customers.
