Those looking for cheap travel insurance may want to consider taking a caravanning holiday for a money saving summer trip.

As people search of cheap holiday deals, investing in a caravanning holiday could be the perfect solution to saving money and travelling on the cheap.

Rather than forking out for an expensive night in a hotel, opting for a caravan holiday can cut holiday costs, claims Marcus Dubois, editor of Caravan Times.

He said: "Caravan holidays are by no means the 'fall back' option. Caravan parks and sites around the country have upgraded their offerings and it is now considered fashionable to take a caravan break."

According to the Civil Service Motoring Association, (CSMA), 33 per cent of UK holidaymakers plan to spend their main holiday this year on British soil meaning British tourism is experiencing a boom.

With insolvency professionals R3 finding 38 per cent of Brits trying to cut down on their holiday spend, taking a caravanning holiday could be the cheap holiday solution people are looking for.
