Tracker security for agricultural vehicles

Sunday, 12 June 2011

Tracker has been appointed by Datalog to provide the security and registration solutions for agricultural vehicles and equipment.

Motor insurance customers have been told that the partnership has been carried out on behalf of the Construction Equipment Association and the Agricultural Engineers Association.

Furthermore, the stolen vehicle recovery firm, Tracker, will help the organisations by providing the best security products for people in this sector as part of the CESAR (construction and agricultural equipment security and registration) scheme.

Stephen Doran, managing director of Tracker, said: "As industry leaders in stolen vehicle recovery, the partnership with Datatag is a perfect fit.

"The partnership allows us to tackle the issue head on and provide the first line of defence for equipment owners."

Recently, Tracker revealed to motor insurance customers that during March it recovered 88 vehicles in the month with a value of £1,351,800 and that a number of arrests were made once the cars and bikes were found.
