An internet travel agency has revealed the top ten up and coming holiday destinations and also a selection of travel tips. Opodo travel agency revealed that eastern Europe is still a very popular destination despite it becoming more and more accessible to Westerners. However, it was countries outside of Europe that dominated the top ten with destinations such as Cuba, Russia, Brazil and China looking to be very popular in 2007. Flying to a different continent makes buying the correct travel insurance even more important. Having flights cancelled, getting ill or losing money can be a lot more problematic the further away from home you are. Opodo also recognises that the number of people going away will continue to increase. If you are planning more than one trip away next year then it is worth investigating multi-trip travel insurance, this could end up saving you money in the long run.
